The past was a funny thing, you never cared about it until you couldn't remember it anymore. Lyon didn't know much about anything, except by what he was told by his pirate friends aboard the albatross. They found him afloat at see one day, and in very bad shape, missing his right arm and both his legs. He was barely alive when they pulled him aboard, and through sheer luck and skill of the doctor they managed to keep him alive and stabilize him. When he awoke...he had no knowledge of anything, not even his name. The crew told him how they had found him, and give him his personal effects, which was a strange ring and a name tag that had the name "Lyon A. Coryns". The name sounded familiar, so he took it as his own, and with the help of the crew learned about life at see, epically navigation. His new family even gave him a new lease on life, giving him a robotic arm and two robotic legs.
But that was his past now, the blue rogues took him in, and now it was time for him to fly and try to figure out just who exactly he was. Which was why he was walking down the bustling dock of the port town of Alba, people were walking to and fro, doing business with the merchants and fishermen for there shops. Lyon just looked at the scene and smiled, it being peaceful, just the way he liked it. He was walking by a bench when suddenly he felt himself tip toward the right, almost falling down, but managing to keep his balance. He quickly made his way over to the bench and sat down, rolling up his right pants leg above his knee, revealing his artificial leg to the world.
He examined his leg and sighed to him self before saying aloud, "These legs are still giving me problems, looks like I'll have to look for a doctor or a mechanic so i can take care of this problem..." He rolled the pants leg back down and rested on the bench, pulling out the ring that was found with him, holding up up to the sun light, the blue and green light shining down on him through the ring. He sighed and said to himself, "The past...ring? What do you mean to me?" He just stared at it, as if he was waiting for a response from it, or from someone near by...

She had tailed her prey all the way to the harbor without any suspicion at all. This man.... She had to capture him. If she did, that would be one million berries. Casual pay but still, it was something. And besides, he hadn't proven to be of a threat...yet. The person she was trailing was a pirate disguised as a normal fisherman. However, his real goal was to conquer the harbor. Conquer the harbor, conquer trade. Conquer trade, conquer the town. Altair narrowed her eyes from her hiding spot. Being on top of roofs didn't prove much difficulty for her. In fact, she had faced more difficult trials before, especially with her family. She pressed herself against the slanted roof, making sure no one would see her, especially her target. She was sure he had no idea about her at all. The time was now. The pirate had his guard down as he tried to impress a rich couple into buying a rather large and rather red fish. Altair jerked herself forward, bringing her on top of the roof, but right before she jumped off, in the corner of her eye, she spotted... A boy...with a ring. And not just any ring, it looked almost exactly like her ring. Her eyes widened in shock. No.... It...couldn't be. That boy's ring.... Maybe it was.... As if possessed by a thought, her body suddenly moved on its own. She caught herself, though, just as she was about to jump down. But her reaction was a little too late and she couldn't stop her motion. She did a half jump, just enough action and force to make her fall straight down from the roof to the ground. She gasped and shut her eyes, bracing herself for the fall. This would hurt.[/style][style=margin-top: 15px] [/style] Created by Gungnir

The ring never answered back, just shown light through it at him, Lyon would sigh a bit before he would place the ring back into his pocket. He continued to look up at the sky when he heard what he thought was a noise coming from behind him, Lyon slow turned to see a blond haired girl falling from a roof top. Why she was up there and what she was doing was something that Lyon could care less about, but he wasn't going to let her plummet into the ground with trying to help her.
Lyon quickly pushed off the bench and flew through the air, at least his legs did have there uses after all. He would reach out with his right arm, hoping to catch the girl before she fell, if he did manage it, he would land on the ground with the both of them safely. Regardless, he would ask the same question with a serious face, "That was close, so...are you okay? That was a long fall after all." [/justify]

Nothing holding you back, nothing stopping you from anything. But that feeling of being free lasted for only an earthly moment. Altair knew she was headed for a very hard crash and braced herself for it. But the crash did not come. Someone had caught her. How humiliating. She never wanted to be in such a weak position ever again. "That was close," said her savior. "So...are you okay? That was a long fall after all.""I am fi-" She stared wide eyed at the boy who had caught her. It was the same boy she had been spying on! The boy with the ring! This was even more humiliating. But at least he was close to her now. She had her chance to look at that ring. She squirmed herself out of his arms, finally being able to jump off and land on her feet. She put a hand to her waist, sizing him up and down with narrowed, suspicious eyes. "I am fine. Long fall or not, I would have been quite all right." She tried looking at his personage for the ring but to no avail. He had most likely hidden it in his pocket. Her little falling act had taken most of her attention. She must not let herself get so distracted. "You," she said with authority. "There is something in your pocket...probably...that I want to see. Show it to me." The port town of Alba, a bustling hub of trade, and a home of some wealthy patrons, who were all but willing to part with their beloved 'treasures'. He sighed, knowing there was only so much he could do, seeing as how it was just himself, his wife, and every now and then, the hilariously odd Tim-Tam. He shook his head, a slight chill running down his spine. That man gave him the creeps, beyond any other he had met before. Maybe it was the fact that he found Makir, attractive, but, something sure did.
His feet brought him along the docks, the customers around dispersing as they seemed to finish their business, merchants restocking their stores as the customers left. He was slightly distracted by the seagulls circling overhead, he had a suspicion of those birds, he never really liked them. In his distraction, he ended up waling straight for a blonde haired female and white haired male, if he bumped into them or not, he would make sure to face them after he had passed and apologize calmly, rubbing the back of his head.
"Whoops, sorry about that you two. Damned seagulls caught my eye too badly. I didn't interrupt, did I?"

The girl...was odd to say the least, she at least answered his question about weither she was alright or night, which she was. That was good, cause it would be horrible if she had gotten hurt from a fall like that. He noticed that when she stepped back she eyed him suspiciously, as if she was looking for something. She then said with a authoric tone of voice, that there was something in his pocket, and that she wanted to see it, then commanded him to show it to her.
Lyon thought for a split second, she must have meant the ring...but why does she want to see it? It wasn't in his best interest to show her the ring, mainly because he didn't know anything about this girl, he would simply smile and say, "Something in my pocket, oh you mean my claw gauntlet? Yeah it's a kinda shield and a weapon in one, but i don't know why you would want to see it, but okay." with that he would remove his left hand from his pocket, showing the claw gauntlet that he wore on it. Though his upright postilion wouldn't last long, as the blond haired girl would be knocked forward, toward Lyon by a green haired man. He would fall to the ground, having the blond haired girl land on top of him, and hit the ground with the oomph and his right arm hitting the ground with a metallic clang. The man would tell him that he was sorry about knocking them over and ask if he was interrupting something.
Lyon rubbed his head before bringing himself and the girl back to an upright position before saying, "Oh that's quite alright, i sometimes find myself distracted by little things my self. And your not interrupting anything, i was just showing this girl the weapon of choice that i use, because she wanted to see it." Again, showing the gauntlet that he wore on his left arm, he would then ask the girl, "Is that all you needed to see? I was kinda walking around the docks looks for ship that i could work on."

[style=background-color:F6F6F6; height:630px; width:370px;][style=margin-top: 5px; background-color: #eacfe9; padding: 2px]BUT IT'S NO GOOD[/style][style=margin-top: 2px; background-color: #EFEFEF; padding: 2px]COMMUNICATION IS A BUST[/style] [style=padding: 0px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify; color: black; height: 300px; width: 300px; overflow: auto]Altair was actually talking about the boy's ring but she seemed to have gotten the pocket wrong. Instead of the ring, the boy stuck out his gauntlet clad hand. He even went so far as telling her about its use and that it was his weapon of choice. Honestly, Altair didn't care about any of that. The main thing she wanted to know and see was the ring and only the ring. She shook her head, feeling frustrated. She was so close to the ring...! "No! That's not what I-"But at that moment, someone had, either on purpose or mistake, bumped into her back, causing her to fall forward toward the boy. She let out a small yelp and shut her eyes as her body tumbled to the ground, stirring up a small dust cloud around them. The dust cleared away as a small gust of wind breezed past and there she was, sprawled on top of the boy and groaning in slight pain. Her eyes snapped opened and before the boy could even help her up, she jumped back onto her feet and rounded on whoever it was that had bumped into her. "What the hell?!" she shouted, forgetting her calm language. "Are you asking for a fight?! Because I'll be more than-"But she was interrupted by the silver haired boy. He didn't seem to mind as much about being bumped into. Hmph. Whatever. She waited for him to finish with an irritated face and right when he did, she continued her angry-ness. "I'll deal with you later!" she said, narrowing her eyes at the green haired man. "But you..." She turned to the silver haired boy, attempting to jab her index finger against his chest. "Listen here, kid. Your gauntlet is nice and all but that's not-"Her sentence was never finished. She had fallen asleep. Her body fell backward but even if she had fallen on a pile of spikes, she wouldn't have woken up. Her sleeps were always very, very... very deep. Only a few things would be able to wake her back up now.[/style][style=margin-top: 15px] [/style] Created by Gungnir

Makir was a bit off put by the way the woman reacted, such violence was normally becoming of only those damned pirates he had to deal with. However, the nicer man eased him a bit, even as the woman's attention returned to the white-haired one. Letting out a sigh, he watched as she fell asleep, plain as day.
'Huh, narcolepsy? Seen a few patients with that when my wife made house calls. Really freaks a few people out.'
He looked down at the two, a small gentle smile on his face.
"You said you were looking for a ship to work on? What kind of work?"
As he spoke, he began to help get the woman off of him, and set her gently on the nearby bench. He wouldn't leave her, even if she was rude to him, his wife would never forgive him, and neither would he forgive himself.

Lyon was...shocked, first the young woman was yelling at him one moment, and the next she was falling backwards, heavily sleeping. Lucky for her Lyon was quick on his feet, he managed to catch her before she feel to the ground, she was still sleeping soundly. With the help of the green hair man they managed to set her on the bench where Lyon was sitting earlier.
After they sat the girl down on the bench, the green haired man asked him if what kind of work he was looking for on a ship. Lyon brushed the white strains of hair from his face before he answered with a smile, "Well any kind of work for me would be fine, cooking, cleaning or any handy work, though what i do best is plotting ship courses and navigating rapids, and i can steer a ship pretty good as well. Why do you ask? do you know of any ships that could use a Blue Rogue like myself?" The blue rogues were pirates not well heard of, but those who know of them knew of there honor, Lyon waited for the green hair man's reply, occasional checking on the blond hair girl, making sure she was still okay.

[style=background-color:F6F6F6; height:630px; width:370px;][style=margin-top: 5px; background-color: #eacfe9; padding: 2px]THE SKY'S THE LIMIT[/style][style=margin-top: 2px; background-color: #EFEFEF; padding: 2px]WHAT ABOUT THE STARS?[/style] [style=padding: 0px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify; color: black; height: 300px; width: 300px; overflow: auto]Altair was dead asleep. She didn't feel the two boys lift her and carry her to the bench. Even as they laid her down, she still didn't wake up. She was fast asleep and running in her dream. She was dreaming about...apples? She stood quite alone in a pitch dark room with a single red apple hovering in front of her. She stared at it. What was she supposed to do? She reaching out for the apple, hovering her fingertips a few centimeters away from the cool red skin of the fruit. She was going to touch it, she was about to connect with it, but just before she did, the ground underneath her broke apart like shattering glass and her body plunged downward. For a split second, she seemed to hover where she was, her hair floating, her clothes fluttering, and her green eyes staring at the red apple. If the apple had been a window to the future, what would she have seen? "No...come back.... I haven't...eaten you yet...." Altair muttered in her sleep. Back in the real world, she was squirming in her sleep a bit and obviously talking out loud. Her eyebrows came closer in frustration. "I said come back!" Her hand raised and grabbed the air and she awoke immediately, blinking her eyes and wondering where the heck she was. "...huh?" It all came back to her in an instant and she quickly sat upward and looked toward the silver haired boy. "Your ring! Let me see-" But in her hurry, she had faced the green haired man instead. She stared at him for a moment, a look of surprise on her face, and then she shook her head and turned toward the silver haired boy, stopping for a moment to look at his face to make very sure that it was him. "Y-your ring! I need to see it!" She held out her hand at him, expecting him to show her his ring.[/style][style=margin-top: 15px] [/style] Created by Gungnir

Makir stood to the side, keeping a look out so he could make sure no one tried to take advantage of her. He was indeed interested as the man confessed to his abilities, and even more so when he mentioned the Blue Rogues, not to mention he posed as a Navigator, someone invaluable when sailing the seas.
"You don't say? I do know of a ship that could use your help. Especially if you come from the esteemed Blue Rogues."
Of course, this is the point where his words get cut off by the sleeping beauty jumping from her restless sleep and asking them both, well, surely she meant the silver-haired one, to show her his ring. So, he just stepped back a bit, patiently waiting when he could speak to the man again. Pirate business wasn't something he discussed in public, even if he and his wife were only known as a Doctor and Body Guard couple.

Oh...the green haired man knew of the Blue Rogues? That wasn't impossible and it seems that fortune smiled apon Lyon today, for it seemed that the man did know of a ship that could use his help...Finally he would be able to get out into the world and start working on what he had been wanting to work on all this time...to find out who he was. But there talk was cut short by the blond haired girl, who had seemingly woken up from her random slumber.
She first pointed at the green haired man, and almost demanded to see his ring, until she stopped for a moment and turned and looked at Lyon for a moment before asking him the same question that she asked the green haired man...which made Lyon give out a slight chuckle before he would come up with a response. "I don't know how you know that I have a ring, but I won't show it to you...I barely know who you are and that ring...is the only clue i have to who i am, I can't show it to anyone on a whim." Lyon then turned back to the green haired man and said, "But if you do know of a ship that could use a another hand, i would be happy to fill it, right now i need to get out into the world...for my own reasons."With that he would wait for his responses, with a gentle smile on his face.

[style=background-color:F6F6F6; height:630px; width:370px;][style=margin-top: 5px; background-color: #eacfe9; padding: 2px]BURNING SPIRIT[/style][style=margin-top: 2px; background-color: #EFEFEF; padding: 2px]TO LIVE BEYOND THEIR SIGHT[/style] [style=padding: 0px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify; color: black; height: 300px; width: 300px; overflow: auto]The silver haired boy seemed to find something funny because after Altair asked about the ring again, he laughed...! That bastard! What was so funny?! She wanted to smack him on the head with pot. But after he told her no, he would not show her his ring, she turned back to the green haired man and continued their conversation as if they had never been interrupted. Altair gaped at the boys. Well! She figured this was about as far as she could get with them so what was the point on staying? She huffed angrily, stood up, and began to walk away. She was giving up on a very important clue in her life but.... She was too angry to deal with the silver haired boy right now! That little ingrate.... True, he didn't know who he was and Altair could understand that feeling but why should she care about him? They didn't know each other so whatever! She stormed off toward the sea food vendors. Time to resume her hunt. Not feeling up to being silent and ninja, she boldly walked right up to the pirate (who was still pretending to be a normal citizen), drew out her rapier, Chaos, and said to him, "Lasrevinu T. Enigne, your idiotic dream of capturing this harbor is over." She leveled the tip of her rapier against the pirate's throat. The pirate looked back at her, his eyes drilling into hers. He snapped his fingers and suddenly, the other shop keepers from nearby jumped into action and quickly surrounded Altair on all sides. A moment of silence passed. They were all waiting for the first move. Altair spotted a frying pan on the table next to her. Lasrevinu must have been using it to fry fish. She grabbed the handle and swung it as hard as she could against the pirate's head while shouting, "I'm not in the mood for this crap!"[/style][style=margin-top: 15px] [/style] Created by Gungnir
