ARTHUR S. XANTHIAS 28 • MALE • HETEROSEXUAL • 6'3 • 190lbs WANO COUNTRY • HUMAN • BOUNTY HUNTER • DD "Time keeps on slipping away and we haven't learned So in the end now what have we gained?" ________________________________________
• personality Positive Traits: - Authoritative
Arthur is one of those types of people that command attention when they walk into a room. Whether it be from some sort of sixth sense based aura, his persona, or just from his rather unique visage, people watch and listen when he makes an entrance or decides to speak. His orders also have a sense of finality about them and the masses tend to follow them.
- Kind & Gentle
Despite his rather dangerous and seemingly deep job, Arthur has a serious soft spot for children, and to a lesser extent, women. The reason he takes his job seriously when he finally gets riled up enough is because of those casualties. He is very aware that they die in war, but he is sort of old fashioned and can not allow a child or woman to be murdered right before him. He has no qualms about killing evil women, however.
- Graceful
Whether it is walking, fighting, conversation, or anything else, Arthur carries himself with a grace not found very often. All of his motions are smooth, his voice even has a silken undertone that flows through even the worst of news and makes it seem less horrible. Though his silver tongue is wasted by his lack of desire to speak. This quality adds to the presence that he exudes
- Thoughtful
Arthur is always lost in his own thoughts, whether this be artistic in nature, about his past, or just daydreaming is unknown. It adds to his mysteriousness and cool head. He always seems to know what is going on in people's lives, their hardships, and everything. His thoughtfulness makes him perceptive to many things. Negative Traits: - Stoic
This man is one of those that does not enjoy speaking and forcing his opinion on others. He prefers to sit back and watch, waiting for the moment that his actions would make a difference. Thus he seems to many to be disconnected to the world, to his own emotions, and to those around him, which for the most part he is. The man is aware of all of these things, but prefers to stay in this state of disconnect.
- Merciless
When finally forced into action, Arthur does not play with opponents. He is not reckless as he is very hard to anger, but the man does not hesitate to kill, maim, torture, or do whatever is necessary to stop the man that has caused whatever situation he had to step in to. Normally, this would be a pirate hurting a child or woman in front of him, or the systematic destruction and murder of a town or village. Things that absolutely can not be forgiven.
- Passive
Arthur is a person that takes a large issue to call to action. Petty robberies or high bounties do not so much concern him. Even the wills of his peers mean almost nothing. It is absolutely difficult to get him to care about the woes of a world he does not believe in any more. The exceptions are obviously women/children, large scale conflicts, and interestingly enough, art.
- Stubborn
Combined with the Passive trait, Arthur's stubborn refusal to follow the whims of others irks some of the others around him. He sticks fast to his ideals and ideas. He is not swayed by pirates, marines, the world government, or any outside source. This trait is possibly part of his heritage. This isn't to say that his mind can never be changed, or his sensibilities to be persuaded, but its rare and difficult. Likes: - Children

• power LEVEL ONE - At this level, your strength is average, if not subpar. You are able to lift your own weight, but can only throw half of it. Physical attacks dealt lack real power, causing bruising with blunt weapons and shallow slashes with blades. With average strength, a person cannot break through much of anything, save for a wooden door or the such when body mass is applied.
• stamina LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person's endurance is average, and they have a low threshold for pain. They often don't last more than a few minutes in a fight, and grow sluggish as combat ensues and more damage is dealt. With an ordinary level of stamina, they have little resistance to elements and the such.
• agility LEVEL TWO - At this level, a person has an above average speed and reaction time. They can run at speeds up to 11 meters per second in bursts, and are capable of evading quicker attack, these kind of movements are still taxing on them. Movements at this speed are easy to follow with the eye, but harder to match. Their maximum swing speed of a sword is about 20 mps.
• accuracy LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person's accuracy is average. They can keep up with the movement's of someone moving at average speeds, and have little knowledge of weak spots, save for the obvious ones on the exterior. With this level of accuracy, a person's range of sufficiency is about ten meters, meaning attacks out of that range rarely hit.
• intelligence LEVEL ONE - With an average intelligence, a person is unable to learn navigational or medical skills. At most they might be able to follow a treasure map, or put a bandage on an injury. A person with this level of intelligence is far from inventing, and usually does create new tools or uses for existing ones.
• spirit LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person has an average fighting spirit, and really gains no boost from their determination to win. Not to say that they easily give up, but they do not have the will power, or spirit, to overcome challenges that prove too difficult. At this level, a person is unable to obtain conqueror's haki.

AURA OF COMMAND! Level: 1 Attribute:Profession Description: When crew members are in battle with their Boss, they are inspired to fight harder and better than if they were alone. Going into a conflict with a captain, crew members will gain a small boost to their abilities, increasing combat effectiveness by (2/5/7/10)% (Ex. A gunner with a level 4 captain who's range is 50 meters, will now be able to hit 55 meters away. A sword slash attack that would travel 10 meters will now go 11, and someone who can run 20 meters per second can now cover 22.) Cost: Free
NAVIGATE! Level: 1 Attribute:Profession Description: Allows the pirate crew to navigate between oceans without paying a fee as long as the navigator participates in the travel thread. Each level allows the free passage of the entire crew between Blues/Red Line/Grand Line/New World Cost: Free
TECHNIQUE NAME: First Dance: Fluttering Wind LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Agility DESCRIPTION: Fluttering wind is a technique that draws its name from The sight and sound of a flower's petals fluttering in the wind. Using a spear, the user spins the staff and creates a sort of shield between the user and whatever is being used against him. This defensive technique can block larger projectiles like knives or arrows at level one, but bullets are too small and fast. Level 1 elemental techniques can be blocked as well, as long as they are physical manifestations. Can be used for one post and requires two posts in cooldown. PRICE: Freebie
TECHNIQUE NAME: Second Dance: Spiral Lotus LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Agility|Power DESCRIPTION: A pure piercing technique, Spiral Lotus is a spear thrust with the tip of the spear. If the technique hits a wall, shield or a whatever is blocking it, the user twists the spear powerfully, directing all the force onto one point. It is able to break through basic defenses at level one. If the technique is used on an enemy and not blocked, it opens a large wound as well as sends the opponent spiraling back from the point of the spear. After one use, this technique can not be used for two turns. PRICE: Freebie
TECHNIQUE NAME: Ninth Dance: Blossoming Imperial Funeral LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Agility DESCRIPTION: A rapid spear technique that can be used with one or both hands, The ninth dance is a combination of thrusts and slashes performed at the greatest spear its user can muster. The first two strikes are at shoulder joints, followed by a powerful slash horizontal across the mid section. The user moves around the opponent with quick steps attacking from the side, back, and other side with thrusts in one fluid motion, then a powerful double strike forming an X across the front of the opponent. It was named for the serene and infinite treks taken by flower petals falling from the trees at a certain emperor's funeral in the past. Truly a beautiful technique to be seen in use. At level one, this speed is quick, but nothing to brag about. It can be defended if the opponent is a skilled fighter. PRICE: Freebie
