Jacklyn would giggle at his comment about knowing how to treat her customers. "of course. Not knowing is no way to make money." she'd tell him as she led him along. She didn't think much about his hand. It was one of many gestures that she'd become quite used to in her line of work. They would certainly be a strange pair to see walking down the street. If Thriller Bark were a normal town and if it was day time rather than night, they would certainly have gotten quite a few stares.
They didn't run into a single soul on the way to the hotel. Once there, like a pro, Jacklyn would order a room for the night and get their key. She would do all of the talking leaving no room for Nethaniel to butt in. There really wasn't any need for him to aid in getting the room.
Once the key was acquired she'd lead the way to the room like she had many a client. This time was different, but at the same time, it was the same as any other transaction. It didn't take long for them to reach the room, and an even shorter time to get in. Jacklyn would part from Nehaniel, if he let her, once they entered. "Not the cleanest room, but it'll do~" she'd say cheerfully. It really wasn't that bad, but it was no four star hotel.

"Indeed, I've been in much worse. Thank you for your cooperation miss Lynn."
Neth nodded before looking around to make sure nothing was amiss. This was a random room, so she couldn't have done anything, but the room owners might have. Once he was satisfied with his investigation, he moved in, scooped her into his arms and pulled her to him into a rather deep kiss before leaning in to whisper in her ear.
"My proposal is this... Why don't you become a team member and widen your profits. All you have to do is seduce a man with a bounty, get your payment, keep him busy, and let me take him out, and we can share the profits, 70/30 since you'll get your payment from him as well. It's a good proposition, don't you think?
Neth would back away from her slowly, the look on his face unwavering, curious as to her answer. Her talents were noticed by him, and he wished to take full advantage of them. All she had to do was provide the distraction while he did all the dirty work.

This thread is no longer going anywhere. My char has exited through means of a failed deal and bad dealings.
