Description:
Weegee, through his interest in mechanics, has developed a rather rudimentary shocking device. At the moment, it is frail, breaking after receiving a solid punch or being splashed with water, and is also bulky, being about a foot in size.

However, the device is designed to be attached to a metal weapon via small cables, which supply enough electricity to mildly shock anything it touches, that can conduct electricity. To humans, this would be no more than a small jolt enough to make them jump away, the same going for Fishmen, due to the low power output of the device.

The machine only holds enough energy for two uses before it must recharge by being wound up by a hand crank on its side.

Requires one full post to wind up, requiring that he focus on it.
