[/font] • appearance[/font] Altair has long blonde hair when she doesn't curl it. Her green eyes were passed down to her by her parents as well as her short height. She wears a white dress that is a bit frilly around the edges but still movable in. Over her white dress is a blue sweater with its sleeves cut down just a few inches past her elbow. Buttons align the sleeve. She wears durable leather boots that are blue, the same shade of blue as her sweater. She'll wear different outfits from time to time though this is her main one. Her skin doesn't have any major scars but she does have a few here and there, though they are light and have already healed over. She has a particularly long scar going from her neck to her shoulder. • weaponry[/font] Peace and Chaos- A set of slim dual rapiers Altair received when she was very young. The left rapier is named Peace and the right is name Chaos. They both have complex guards on the handles to protect Altair's hands from most attacks. The blades are single edged and are three feet and four inches long.
• accessories[/font] Silver Whistle- An old silver whistle that's been worn through the years. Used to belong to someone in her family but was passed down to her. She wears it around her neck on a silver chain.
Garnet Ring- An old garnet ring that used to belong to someone in her family. Was given to her by that person. She wears it around her neck on the same silver chain as her whistle.
Wedding Ring- A wedding ring that used to belong to someone. Was given to her by that person. It's a wedding ring that's actually two rings that cross over each other, one being made of emerald and the other being made of a ruby. There's a name sketched onto the ruby ring but time has worn it almost completely unreadable. Altair wears this ring around her neck on a silver chain, a different chain than the one that carries her garnet ring and her silver whistle.
Sheaths- Blue sheaths strapped to either sides of Altair's waist. She keeps Peace and Chaos in them.
• history[/font] Altair was born into a rather well known family but had a falling out with them. In the end, she left her family and has now become a bounty hunter. She seems to be searching for something...or someone.

• power LEVEL TWO - At this level, your strength becomes above average. You can lift up to twice your weight, with the capability of throwing your own weight. Not to say that the the distance or speed of the throw is going to be substantial, but a short distance with heavier weights is possible. Your physical attacks now deal decent damage, your strongest attacks able to cause serious bruising or cuts of a couple inches in depth. In some cases you might even be able to knock someone out, or cause a fatal sword strike if your attacks are precise and aimed to weak points. The user can muster enough force to hit or slice through wood.
• stamina LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person's endurance is average, and they have a low threshold for pain. They often don't last more than a few minutes in a fight, and grow sluggish as combat ensues and more damage is dealt. With an ordinary level of stamina, they have little resistance to elements and the such.
• agility LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person has average speed and reaction time. They are able to run at 6.7 meters per second in short bursts, and have a reaction time capable of evading melee attacks and some ranged ones, assuming the ranged attack has the proper accuracy. Like most people feints are somewhat easy to read, and sword strikes can be followed without a lot of issue.
• accuracy LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person's accuracy is average. They can keep up with the movement's of someone moving at average speeds, and have little knowledge of weak spots, save for the obvious ones on the exterior. With this level of accuracy, a person's range of sufficiency is about ten meters, meaning attacks out of that range rarely hit.
• intelligence LEVEL ONE - With an average intelligence, a person is unable to learn navigational or medical skills. At most they might be able to follow a treasure map, or put a bandage on an injury. A person with this level of intelligence is far from inventing, and usually does create new tools or uses for existing ones.
• spirit LEVEL ONE - At this level, a person has an average fighting spirit, and really gains no boost from their determination to win. Not to say that they easily give up, but they do not have the will power, or spirit, to overcome challenges that prove too difficult. At this level, a person is unable to obtain conqueror's haki.

- Range: Self, able to see in darkness within 32 feet

TECHNIQUE NAME: Dancing God LEVEL: Level One ATTRIBUTE: Agility/Power DESCRIPTION: A series of quick strikes and slashes to an opponent with Peace and Chaos ending with a final horizontal slash. Looks like a dance even. Max 5 strikes, including final strike. 3 strikes in first post, 2 strikes in second.- Duration: Two post Duration, Three post Cool Down
- Damage: Light cuts
- Range: Close Range, must be within three feet of user
