His aspect on love however stops him from trying to make any advances on her. That and she is scary as hell. He doesn't believe in having enemies since declaring a person to be an enemy limits them to only be an enemy. He won't hesitate to fight but that doesn't make you his enemy, to become an enemy would take a substancial amount of bad history with a person. Being a Marine Axel has to fight Pirates frequently but despite popular belief he doesn't believe the individual to be an enemy, just the circumstance makes them enemies. Generally speaking he likes being around people he doesn't know because he doesn't have to worry about what he say or act around them.
