ATLANTIAN DEXTERITY LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Speed / Strength DESCRIPTION: As an expert with a spear, Hotaru is able to use pole arms in unusual ways. By planting the spear end in the ground, she can pull herself up off of the ground to avoid incoming attacks and balance on the stick for as long as necessary, either through a handstand or by performing a vault. Once she is off the ground, Hotaru can launch herself off of the pole arm and then take hold of the weapon with either her hands or feet (traveling as far as two meters) in order to position herself more advantageously. PRICE: 0
CYMOPOLEIA LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Speed / Strength DESCRIPTION: An attack that is equal parts utility and power, this ability grants the user a temporary boost to a single jump. By using her spear as leverage, Hotaru can vault up to 4 meters into the air. This technique can be used to escape from oncoming attacks, strike an aerial target, or prepare to attack a target below. Using the altitude as an advantage, force all of her effort into either a powerful throw or thrust, the spear falls back to earth at an alarming rate. The force is so great that even if the strike misses its target, the impact emits a strong blast of wind 2 meters in every direction that carries enough force to knock back air born foes and cause those standing in the radius to stumble or otherwise lose balance. This technique requires lots of energy and must ‘cool down’ for 2 posts before it can be used again. PRICE: 0
AEGAEON INDIGNATION LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Speed DESCRIPTION: An attack that focuses solely on speed. Hotaru can strike twice in the time it takes most to hit once. Executed as a thrust or other quick movement (a slash spanning no farther than 2 meters), this attack can be used to parry and strike an unguarded target, break defenses quickly, or ensure maximum damage during a momentary opening. Due to burst of effort needed to execute this skill, it can only be used one time per post. Additionally, this technique must 'cool down' for 1 post after each use. PRICE: 0

HOLDUP;For Atlantian dexterity you need to specify a duration you can remain balanced atop the weapon. You will need to reduce the jumping distance to two meters, and you would not be able to carry the polearm through the air with you as your strength is average.
For Cymopoleia, you need to reduce the jumping height and the range of the blast of wind, for the same reasons. Level on strength is average, and powerful moves lifting heavier weight would require higher levels of strength. Reduce the jump and the wind blast to two meters.
Aegaeon Indignation needs a limitation to small movements, and you need to also give a number of uses per thread. Doing this multiple times per thread with a large weapon fatigues a person.

HOLDUP; Atlantian Dexterity - Reduced the range, added a limit for remaining on the weapon. However, not allowing me to carry the weapon with me after I jump eliminates the entire reason that this technique would be useful. There is no additional 'strength' required to carry the weapon with me as I jump, it's mainly a timing/agility issue, something i believe is covered in speed.
Cymopoleia - Halved the range of all aspects of the technique.
Aegaeon Indignation - Limited acceptable movements that can be paired with this ability. However, a fundamentally similar ability was accepted with an identical limit here (see reverse return), so I would like to keep that aspect as is.

HOLDUP;Atlantian Dexterity - Okay Fizz. The problem I have with this is that your weapon is large and you're attempting to jump, and then pull it from the ground which it has been 'planted into', carrying it for the distance of your jump. If you want to take out the jump and use it more as a pole vault technique that is fine. I'm also going to ask you to remove the "it requires a strength based attack of 1 rank higher than the user in order to knock them off forcefully" portion of it' especially if you plan on bringing it with you through the air. If it takes that level of strength to knock it over, then it should take that level of strength to lift it from the ground and carry it with you through the air.
Cymopoleia - I specifically said two meters, not five. Change it.
Aegaeon Indignation - Again, you left out some of the changes I asked for. Limit the number of uses per thread and include a drawback of sorts, such as slowed movements following this technique. Thanks.
side note - you're starting out as an all around low level combatant. Don't expect to have super great techniques from the get go. The whole purpose of the leveling systems are to make you work for higher levels of power and capability.
