The AallottaretFrom the tip of the mast to the bottom of the hull, the Aallottaret (which is a foreign word for ‘Spirit of the Waves’) stands an impressive 20 meters tall with about 15 of it sitting out of the water on a calm day. The entire vessel is 45 meters long and 15 meters wide and cuts swiftly and smoothly through all types of water conditions. Made from thick planks of sturdy oak wood, the Aallottaret can stand up to powerful attacks before significant damage is inflicted to affect performance.

When making a thread aboard the Ship, please QUOTE the picture and the paragraph describing it AS or AT the beginning of each topic to set the scene.
The Deck
The deck of the Aalottaret is spacious and generally clear of clutter. Home to the helm and providing access to the boat's interior as well as the crows nest, the deck is one of the busiest of the areas on board. Measuring 40 meters in length and a full 10 meters wide, anything from sparring matches to stargazing takes place here. There is also room for a catapult, harpoon gun, or other large weapon at the bow of the ship.
Gun Deck
Though not a physical ‘deck’ devoted entirely to cannons, there are 4 areas of the ship that are specifically built to house heavy projectile weapons such as canons or harpoon guns. There are slots for these armaments just below the deck at the bow, stern, and on either side of the vessel. The current arsenal can be found below.[/blockquote]Inventory

Captain’s Quarters
Functional with a touch of femininity, Hotaru has secured a rather large room aboard as her personal quarters. Features of her room include two wardrobes stocked full of clothing suitable for every occasion, a weapon rack which houses Hotaru’s personal arsenal, a chest for her valuables, a vanity, and a writing desk. There is also a large, luxurious feather bed topped with fluffy pillows and soft, thick blankets.[/blockquote]
Though Hotaru does not spend much time here, she considers this her sanctuary and people are very rarely allowed inside.Inventory

Crew Quarters
Though not nearly as large as Hotaru’s room, there is enough room aboard the Aallottaret for each member to have their own personal room. Descriptions of personal rooms may be written up and turned in to the captain who will do her best to requisition the requested items. Listed below are the current contents of rooms designated for habitation by the crew of the Sea Kings.

Crow’s Nest
Though unorthodox, the Crow’s Nest aboard the Aallottaret is considered by many to be a navigator’s dream. Reachable by a ladder up the mast of the ship, this enclosed, dome shaped room has windows all around the structure, giving 360 degrees of vision plus a clear view of the night sky. A desk equipped with sea charts, compasses, maps, and current diagrams sits in the middle, and a varying range of telescopes can be found here as well. This room is where all of the geographic information obtained by the crew is stored.[/blockquote]Map Locations

Galley
Perhaps the most popular place aboard to gather, the Galley is part kitchen, part conference room, and part tavern. As one of the largest rooms, it is equipped with everything even the most particular chef would need to prepare a feast. A large pantry is always stocked full of food and liquor, though it is the cook’s duty to inventory and purchase supplies as needed. The entire crew gathers here during meal times and for meetings regarding battle strategy or other topics of the utmost importance. This room is also the most equipped for entertainers to perform in, making it the favorite among most of the crew members.
Infirmary
Though not the largest space aboard, the infirmary is one of the most vital parts of the crew’s ability to travel and explore. This room is equipped with a few cots for patients, a stocked cabinet of supplies, a desk, and medical journals and textbooks needed for researching and reference while afloat. In addition to this, medical records on all of the patients aboard the vessel are kept here as well as samples of medicines, chemicals, and extracts from various flora and fauna encountered by the crew.Inventory

Workshop
The main workspace for the shipwright, the workshop holds the blueprints for The Aallottaret as well as the tools and materials to perform routine upkeep and even some emergency repairs on the ship. Special upgrades to the ship can be conceived and drafted here, and an updated list is kept of all of the improvements can be found here.Updates
Factory
The Aallottaret sports an on board ‘factory’ where weapons can be stored, upgraded, repaired, or even created by those skilled in crafting arts. Complete with workbenches, tools, storage racks, and even a small mini furnace, this unorthodox workshop contains everything necessary to upkeep the crew’s weaponry. This room is also where the gunpowder is stored, along with all of the extra armaments the crew picks up along it’s travels. The manifest can be found below.Inventory

Library
Though a rather unorthodox fixture aboard a pirate vessel, Hotaru insisted that a large collection of books (a substantial amount of which she has donated personally) be carried with wherever the crew goes. The literature serves a number of purposes, the most important of which is the education of the crew. Topics range anywhere from folklore to records of navel battles to self authored notes on places, people and their unique abilities, and any other important events concerning crew history. Any member may freely check out texts from the library, however, they are expected to respect the documents and return them once they are finished.Inventory
Treasure Room
A room hidden on board of the Aallottaret and one that few know even exists, the Treasure Room is where all of the most valuable artifacts, weapons, accessories, materials, and items are kept. The location to the entrance of the treasure room is through a trapdoor in Hotaru’s Quarters, which blends seamlessly in with the floorboards.Inventory
