TECHNIQUE NAME: Quick Draw LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: agility DESCRIPTION: As a man of speed Peter has devoted most of his life at using quick precision speed based sword techniques. As such he has developed this ability which allows him to move his hands at such a rapid speed that he may sheathe or unsheathe his sword in a matter of a second, determining where the sword is. If the sword is sheathed at his hip it'd take 2 second to unsheathe, if on his back 3 seconds, if his sword is sheathed and held in the opposite hand as it usually is then it'd take 1 second. Because of how fast Peter has to move this technique has a 2 post cooldown, otherwise the muscles in his arms may wear out or tear. PRICE: free
TECHNIQUE NAME: Stutter Swing LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: agility/intelligence DESCRIPTION: By focusing purely on speed and the swing of his sword Peter is able to seemingly make his sword disappear midswing. To the opponent, if they can see the sword, Peter would slash at a fairly high speed, then suddenly the sword would dissappear and reappear slashing from the opposite hand, all of this in 3 seconds. This technique has a cooldown of 3 posts. PRICE: How free
TECHNIQUE NAME: Delayed Reaction LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: intelligence/accuracy DESCRIPTION: As a smart man Peter knows just where to hit someone to make it hurt, but this technique is simply what it's name implies, a delayed reaction. By throwing a controlled attack and aiming for a certain spot Peter may delay the pain on the blow by 1 post, which can have different effects depending on where they are hit. Say a target is hit somewhere along the shoulder which would break it or damage it beyond use, the targets body wouldn't register the damage until a post later which could leave them vulnerable for an attack. This technique has a cooldown of 3 posts. PRICE: free

HOLDUP;Quick Draw - place a cooldown on this.
Stutter Swing - well considering the maximum velocity of your sword swing is rather dependent on agility, this technique could work on a person with a lower level of accuracy than your level of speed. but if their accuracy is equal to your speed then this would be rendered useless. place a cooldown.
delayed reaction - place a cooldown on this. otherwise they all look pretty neat. thanks.
