TECHNIQUE NAME: Tidal Hour's Surge
LEVEL: 1
ATTRIBUTE: Speed
DESCRIPTION: An attack with the aim to clash with another wielded weapon. Axcel attacks in a manner that will turn a powerful blow into an oscillating wave which is sent through the enemy's weapon and into the opponent’s body (or whatever they’re using to wield the weapon), numbing their muscles (only the limbs holding the weapon) for a half second. The effects of this technique stacks with each swing, essentially jolting the enemy's nerves, much like stabbing an open wound. Two post cooldown.

TECHNIQUE NAME: Spiral Shell
LEVEL: 1
ATTRIBUTE: Speed
DESCRIPTION: A defensive technique in which Axcel rapidly twirls his blade, creating a barrier that can redirect melee attacks and deflect projectiles with an equal speed rating or lower. Axcel spins the blade using his wrist, alternating which side of the wrist his blade in on very fast, keeping a strong grip on the handle so that it can't be disarmed easily. Additionally, he can use this technique to attack from unpredictable angles, at a heightened speed. Though by doing this, the rapid twirling obviously comes to an end. Two post cooldown

TECHNIQUE NAME: Cloud Burst
LEVEL: 1
ATTRIBUTE: Strength
DESCRIPTION: Cloud Burst gives Axcel additional mobility while in the air. By utilizing his own strength and ability to throw his own weight, Axcel performs a pseudo double jump. The jump itself doesn't give Axcel any extra vertical and can only cover an additional distance of two meters. Two post cooldown.

Tidal Hour's Surge - Change it from a stun to a numbness. Two post cooldown.

Spiral Shell - This would only be able to defend against attacks with speed equal to or lower than your agility. Include that in the description.

Cloud Burst - This second jump should only be able to change the direction of your jump in anyways but upwards. Distance can be two meters from your airborne position. Up the cooldown to two posts.
