LEVEL TWO - At this level, a person has an above average speed and reaction time. They can run at speeds up to 11 meters per second in bursts, and are capable of evading quicker attack, these kind of movements are still taxing on them. Movements at this speed are easy to follow with the eye, but harder to match. Their maximum swing speed of a sword is about 20 mps.
