Haruki yawned. It was late in the evening, and he was sitting on a roof, looking down into the streets. The buildings in this street was maybe 5 to 7 meters tall, so he had no problem finding a way up when he needed one. A lot of boxes was stacked here and there near the walls, and the buildings had a lot of cracks where he could get a grip. And right now, he was sitting up there, slingshot in his belt, harpoon gun with three harpoons strapped to his back and his two swords attached to either side of his belt so that he could pull them out fast. In his hands however were not a weapon. No, it was the Bounty Posters he had. He was looking through them while at the same time he looked into the streets.
He was able to see the street going north in front of him, and the streets going west to his left and the one going east to his right. He had chosen this spot to sit so that he could watch the place in case he found someone interesting, and so that the only way someone could get to him was either by stepping on the roof behind him, which made loud creaking noise when stepped on, as he himself had noticed when he walked over it to his spot, and by climbing up in front of him. And luckily, there were ropes here and there making him able to get to another roof. He had been cautious since he met some guy that threatened him out of nowhere. It was always better to be safe than sorry.

It was time.
Well, no. Putting it that way made what she had planned on doing seem...unnecessarily morbid. Faye had spent most of the day in hiding after realizing that someone was following her, and it had crossed her mind that said person might have been a bounty hunter. It was far more likely that her shadow had just been some common mugger, since she couldn't think of anything she'd done that would have incurred a bounty.
The time that Faye had chosen to leave her hiding place, and subsequently investigate the incident, was late in the evening; long after most of the citizens and tourists had turned in for the night. She kept her hood pulled low over her face, as she couldn't think of a reason not to. While a dark robed, hooded person roaming around at night would probably raise more than a few eyebrows, but if she didn't have a bounty, then it didn't matter how suspicious she seemed. If she did end up having a bounty, then wearing the hood would undoubtedly be less harmful than walking around without it.
By the time Faye had reached the collection officer, the moon was high in the night sky; bathing the city in moonlight. Not the best conditions for a stealthy approach, but she would have to make due. After scanning through the posted bounties, she was happy to find that she was not among them. Although, that did leave her wondering who the person following her earlier had been. A mercenary hired by someone from Amazon Lily? Extremely unlikely. Then again, with the circumstances behind her exile being what they were... Faye pressed the knuckle of her right hand underneath her chin, deep in thought and completely oblivious to her surroundings...
Little did she know that Faye Valentine was indeed a wanted woman. The wall of bounty posters simply wasn't large enough to show every active bounty...
(Yeah, it sucked, I know. :c Anyway, I just wanted to clarify that the person following her earlier wasn't Haruki. Unless you want it to be, I guess.)

"Ohhh? Are you lost, my little bird?"
The cold, damp streets echoed ferociously with a calm thud with each step she took closer to the large hallway where the cloaked woman stood in a daze. The night was young, but this particular town was rather notorious for its scuffles once the sun had gone down. Her walk was sickeningly exaggerated, each step accentuated her luscious figure, and her twisted crimson grin glistened in the dim lighting. Visiting a wall of bounties wasn't too uncommon, after all, this was a perfect setting for bounty hunters to crawl about like the parasites they were, though that was what attracted Anabell to such a place. Her lean curves were masked only by the skin tight black dress she sported, leaving only the top of her bosom and shoulders exposed to the moon's hypnotic gaze.
"What's a pretty little thing like you doing in a dreary place like this, hmmm? Don't tell me you're a scary bounty hunter! Or maybe you're on the run..?"
Anabell let out a few chuckles as her sarcastic linguistics cut a chord through the silence of the empty hallway. There were usually marines standing guard around this area, but for some reason they had mysteriously vanished. As she got closer and closer to the shaded figure, her beady stare became more and more impending, as if something horrible would happen if she took but another step. In her right hand, a large wine glass full of sweet merlot swayed back and forth against her step while a large black briefcase hung in her other hand. Though she didn't have any particular motive, Anabell was never too far from a good time, but would this cloaked vigilante give her the thrill that she so desired, or would her passion lead her elsewhere?

Haruki stopped going through his wanted posters as he saw a hooded figure going through the streets. That was weird. Usually, there were no one wandering the streets. He put the wanted posters into his jacket again, He got up and began walking along the rooftops, following the Hooded person. If this person had a Bounty, he could be in luck. He made sure to erase his presence as much as he could, making as little sound as possible while hiding and jumping over the gap between the rooftops. He just had to follow the person a little, just to make sure that he was not letting a big bounty get away.
From his vantage point on the roofs, he stared at the cloaked figure. Why was it checking the Wanted posters? Could it be another Bounty Hunter? Well, he would not mind it. Just meant he had some competition…But that meant less money for him. He sighed, and was about to slink away into the darkness of the roofs when he heard a voice. He looked back at the Figure again, and noticed a second person. The sound was surely female. And she wore black, so she would have been almost invisible, if it were not for the moonlight. He pulled out his Wanted posters again, skimming through them until he stopped at one that resembled the Female. Well, it seemed that he had a target now. He smiled, pulling the Harpoon gun off his back with one harpoon, loading it while he watched them…
