Cinder Dance LEVEL: 2 ATTRIBUTE: Agility DESCRIPTION: On the battlefield, the fastest way to victory is to exploit the weaknesses of your opponent, however brief the opportunity to strike them may be. When such a situation presents itself, Hotaru has learned to capitalize on it. By pushing all of her efforts into 1 lightning fast slash of her sword, she steps forward and moves with a burst of speed, covering the short distance of 2 meters in the blink of an eye (accelerating to her top speed for the single, linear movement). However, due to the strain on her muscles, this technique requires a 3 post cool down period before using it again. PRICE: 30
Flash Point LEVEL: 2 ATTRIBUTE: Speed DESCRIPTION: An attack that focuses solely on speed. Hotaru can strike thrice in the time it takes most to hit once. Executed as a thrust or other quick movement (a slash spanning no farther than 2 meters), this attack can be used to parry and strike an unguarded target, break defenses quickly, or ensure maximum damage during a momentary opening. Due to burst of effort needed to execute this skill, it can only be used one time per post. Additionally, this technique must 'cool down' for 1 post after each use. PRICE: 30

I think the only problem is with Igneous Shock. Without level 2 intelligence you won't be able to make the modifications. Which are actually quite technical. and we're approved.
