NPC: the 'Crimson Spirit'
Description: In the north blue, there have been killings of Marines as of late. The Ninety-First unit has been contacted and their strongest Rear-Admiral has been summoned to the North Blue to root out and find the mysterious swordsman, 'the Crimson Spirit'. In conjunction, a wanderer swordsman has also joined the hunt, eager to expand his skills base and reel in the reward for bringing the murderer to justice.
