TECHNIQUE NAME: Technique Decipher [Level 1] LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Intelligence DESCRIPTION: Using his intelligence, Marik is able to decipher techniques at a amazing rate, allowing him enough information on a technique after witnessing it once enough that he can figure out it's weakness easily next turn. The technique he witnessed becomes much less effective against Marik as he understands a few of it's weakness, so much that it loses most of it's weakness become 25% less effective. At this stage this technique can only be used on level 1 techniques, and the minimum a technique can be deciphered is once (25%). Cooldown: 2 PRICE: Free
TECHNIQUE NAME: Psychologist [Level 1] LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Intelligence DESCRIPTION: Using his wits, Marik is very aware of human psychology, making him very understanding of how most people think on a normal basis. This enables him to somewhat always be thinking one step ahead of others. With this, Marik is able to anticipate two attacks in a single thread giving him more time to react. Note: Just because he can anticipate doesn't exactly mean he'll be able to react to it. PRICE: Free
TECHNIQUE NAME: Whip Spin [Level 1] LEVEL: 1 ATTRIBUTE: Accuracy DESCRIPTION: By spinning his whip/electric grappling hook 360 degrees quickly, Marik can use it to deflect oncoming enemies or attacks, while also effectively damaging those who approach the whip is spinning. The technique can defend against attacks equivalent to Marik's accuracy. And a further application of the technique is that by spinning the whip above head, Marik can initiate mild flight allowing him to fly at most two meters up above ground. HOLDUP;Technique Decipher - I'm going to say that you can only decrease the effectiveness of a technique once, by 25%. This should only affect the effectiveness of the technique, rather than the attributes. Sorry, but I'm not gonna allow for completely rendering a technique useless for an entire thread, not at level one. Include a limit, such as using this on only one technique per thread.
Pyschologist - Just because he knows an attack is coming, doesn't mean that he would be able to defend against it. I will allow for this technique to anticipate two attacks per thread, but I'd like for you to remove the portion of reducing the enemies attributes.
Whip Spin - The attribute would be accuracy, as this technique relies on timing and aim to fend against incoming attacks. Explain further the mechanics of the technique that allow it to deflect attacks. Are you spinning it rapidly in front of you, or what? You also would only be able to fend against attacks with a speed level equivalent to your accuracy. Change the height of this flight to two meters, and place a duration and a cool down. Duration should be about one post, with a cool down of two. Thanks

HOLDUP;Psychologist - by using this on only two attacks per thread, i don't mean per person. I mean in total. Change it to state that.
